A small Sydney studio with a quiet idea.

We believe steady, sustainable energy is built from a handful of small, repeatable habits — not from extreme rules, expensive gear, or another productivity app.

Our story

Started in 2019 above a quiet café in Surry Hills.

Our founders were two friends who kept hearing the same line from colleagues: "I just want to feel less wrecked by Wednesday." That single sentence became a coaching practice, then a small studio, then the team you'll meet today.

We've worked with parents, founders, hospitality workers, designers and quiet introverts. Different lives, same idea — calm rhythms hold up busy weeks.
